1. Services Provided

Docknester is a platform that helps boat owners find and book berths at marinas. Users can submit quotation requests, process payments through Stripe, and connect with marinas to finalize their bookings. Docknester acts as an intermediary and does not own, manage, or operate marinas.

2. Eligibility

Docknester is available to users worldwide; however, you must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Account Registration

To use Docknester, users must:

• Create an account and provide accurate information.
• Verify their email address.
• Keep their account details secure.

Docknester reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity, abuse, or non-payment is detected.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate boat and personal information.
• Follow marina rules and policies.
• Comply with Docknester's payment terms.

5. Booking & Refunds

Docknester does not have a general refund policy. Each marina provides its own cancellation and refund terms, which will be displayed before confirming a booking. Users must review and agree to these terms before making payments.

6. Liability & Disputes with Marinas

Docknester only facilitates bookings and does not take responsibility for the services provided by marinas. Once a booking is confirmed, the marina is solely responsible for fulfilling the reservation. Any disputes, cancellations, or service issues must be resolved directly with the marina.

7. Limitation of Liability

Docknester is not liable for:

• Marina cancellations, overbookings, or service failures.
• Any damage, loss, or injury that occurs at a marina.
• Payment disputes between the user and marina.

To the extent permitted by law, Docknester disclaims any warranties or guarantees regarding the services of third-party marinas.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Docknester reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Non-payment.
• Abusive behavior or violation of these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content & Moderation

Users may submit reviews, messages, and other content on Docknester. However:

• All user-generated content is moderated.
• Docknester may remove content deemed offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.
• Users who violate content policies may be banned.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes with Docknester will be resolved in Luxembourg courts. Disputes between users and marinas must be handled directly with the marina.

11. Changes to These Terms

Docknester may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
